1. Why is my cart empty even though I have added products to it ?

Check your browser to ensure that it accepts cookies and supports javascript.

2. I haven't received an order confirmation. Has my order been processed ?

You should have received an email as an order confirmation. If not, you may check your order status by clicking on "Track your orders".

3. Is my personal information secure ?

We are fully committed to the safe storage of all customer information. All customer data is stored on Covertec's secure servers and security measures are reviewed and implemented on a regular basis to guarantee its safety.

Covertec will never divulge your personal information to any third party. As a result, you are guaranteed that the personal information you submit to the Covertec website will never be used for any other purpose.

4. Can I return a product ?

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to return it to Covertec at your expense. If your product is defective you may of course also return it. See covertec "Warranty" for details.

5. How do I return my product ?

Go to the Contact us section of the Covertec website, select "Customer Support", and then click on "Write us" to submit your return request. If your product is defective, please give a brief explanation of the fault. See covertec "Warranty" for details.

6. Can I cancel an order placed on the Covertec website ?

Yes, you may cancel an online order up to 30 days after the order was placed. To do this, go to "Contact us" and complete the online form, including your order number and the reason for cancelling.

If your order has not shipped, your credit card will not have been charged, and there is nothing more for you to do.

If your order has already shipped, simply refuse delivery, or return the complete package to Covertec The package must be unopened and the product unused. Upon receiving the package, Covertec will credit your card.

7. When I submit my payment, the web address changes, why is this ?

This is a normal procedure: to ensure total security, we use an encrypted payment provider, "Ogone", who manage all our secure transactions by encrypting your financial and personal information between your browser and our website. This transaction is entirely managed by "Ogone" in such a way that neither Covertec nor any other intermediary can be given any of the card information (card number, Expiry date, card holder's name, or card security code).

8. Does the Covertec website keep a record of my credit card number ?

No, as mentioned in question #7, we use a third party encrypted payment provider, "Ogone". Your card details are used solely by "Ogone" to process a SINGLE transaction, for which they are responsible.

9. What is the Limited Life Warranty ?

We are so confident in our development and manufacturing processes, that we now offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty with every leather case purchased directly from Covertec!

Covertec warrants its leather cases to be free from manufacturing defects, be they material or workmanship defects, for the lifetime of the product. If any defect appears within this period,  Covertec take sole responsibility to repair or replace the defective item, or issue a refund, after having received the defective case. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or failure of the product resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, or continued use of a product known to be defective.

This warranty is applicable once the product has been received by the customer. It does not apply in the event of loss or theft. It is applicable to the original owner of the article only, and can not be extended to a third party.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable to Covertec's direct customers only.

Any information, including proof of purchase and invoice number,  may be requested prior to returning item(s). If you purchased your product(s) at a retailer, reseller , shop or online reseller other than www.covertecstore.com, please refer to their Terms & Conditions. Covertec cannot be liable for any other party's after-sales Service .

Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, Covertec shall not be liable for any damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential , special or other wise damages for (including but not limited to) loss of profits or lost data relating in any manner to any use, inability to use or any other matter pertaining directly or indirectly to our products.
